Service Delivery Policy

This is a digital travel-booking service. There is no physical product or shipping involved. This policy explains how and when your booking is delivered to you after a successful payment.

1. What you receive

• An on-screen booking confirmation with a unique booking reference immediately after a successful payment.
• A confirmation email (and, where applicable, a WhatsApp message) containing your booking details.
• Your safari permit / booking voucher as processed with the Gujarat Forest Department.

2. Delivery timeline

Your on-screen confirmation appears instantly on successful payment. The confirmation email is typically delivered within a few minutes, and in any case within 24 hours. Permit coordination with the Forest Department is completed ahead of your safari date.

3. On the day of your safari

• Report at Sinh Sadan Reception Centre, Sasan Gir at least 30 minutes before your slot.
• Carry your booking confirmation and the same original photo ID used at the time of booking for every traveller.

4. If you don’t receive your confirmation

If you have paid but not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us with your booking reference at booking@girsafari.co or on WhatsApp. We will resend it promptly.
